Shipping Policy:
Delivery cost:
Delivery costs are not associated with the product. So the buyer has to pay the delivery cost along with the product price while ordering the product. Many products can be delivered together in one order.
Within Dhaka City, the same-day delivery cost is Tk 100 and the normal delivery cost is Tk 50, to any district outside Dhaka district Tk 110 delivery cost has to be paid in advance. If you want to take delivery by courier in Sundarban/SA transport, you have to pay an advance delivery cost of Tk 150. If the product price is paid in advance at the time of purchase of the product, there is no need to pay the delivery cost in advance. In the case of cash on delivery, delivery charges must be paid in advance. Delivery charges within Dhaka City are not applicable in advance. After sending the product to Sundarban/SA Transport Courier Service, the slip number will be provided to you in your inbox. For international deliveries, the product price and delivery costs must be paid in advance and delivery costs will vary from country to country.
Delivery partner and delivery time:
Our domestic and international courier partners are RedX, SteadFast, PaperFly, eCourier, Pathao, and Sundarban Courier Service (Pvt.) Ltd., SA Paribahan, FedEx Bangladesh, DHL Bangladesh, USB Express. Our delivery partner usually completes delivery within Dhaka City within 1-2 working days. Out of Dhaka City takes 2 to 7 working days. International delivery takes 3 to 14 working days.
Please keep your mobile on in case you are called from delivery. If unable to receive the phone, you can call the deliveryman to receive the product at your convenient time or if there is a delay in receiving the phone. The deliveryman's number can be found on your product tagging or in your message inbox which is sent to you earlier.
To be done at the time of delivery:
Please check when taking delivery. If there is any defect in the product, the wrong product was received or the quantity is not correct, please inform us in presence of the delivery man (01975266433 – 10 am to 6 pm). Returning or exchanging the product in the absence of the deliveryman is costly. If there is any defect in the product, wrong product or short in quantity, it will be corrected as soon as possible without cost.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
We guarantee your satisfaction with all the platforms of LeeWear Pvt. Ltd. If you receive a damaged or defective item, the wrong product, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the replacement of such damaged or defective shipments. Please see our Cancellation & Return Policy for more information.
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please return it to LeeWear and we’ll arrange for a replacement provided that meets the following conditions:
- If any defect is found (damaged/ defective/ wrong product) after opening the box, inform the “Customer Relationship Management Department” (through inbox or hotline +8801975266433) as soon as possible along with a picture/ video proof.
- The “Customer Relationship Management Department” upon consultation with the management will change/ replace the product or adjust the payment. The complaint will be valid for 3 days from the day the product has been received.
- Used/ Swatched or liquid/ semi-liquid products will not be considered for exchange or refund.
- Products once purchased will not be exchanged or returned if the buyer changes his/her purchase decision/ mind, and/ or does not like the smell, texture, colour, design or/ and product.
- The Return Policy will not be valid after the seal is broken or if the product does not suit you.
- If you mistakenly order the wrong product, we may exchange it upon payment of returning and resending costs. However, the arrangement of this special exchange depends on the product type and risk involved in the exchange process and also on Management discretion.
- The original Invoice, LeeWear Box, and Product Packaging Box (where applicable) must be returned along with the product.
- For Lingerie Items, please consult with our Female Consultants for sizes/ measurements. However, if you purchase without consultation and face any sort of issue, please contact our hotline at +8801975266433 for support. We will be happy to assist you.
- Bottoms (panty) of the Lingerie line are absolutely non-exchangeable or non-returnable whether trialled or not.
How to send your product back to us? How much will it cost you?
- Our Customer Service will arrange for pick-up of the product from your address, free of delivery charge (*Conditions applied). If you are outside of Dhaka, please send your product by Sundarban Courier Service. If your return claim is validated, we will reimburse your courier charge.
- If we find your claim is not valid regarding the product, then you have to accept the same Product and bear the return and resending expenses.
