Job Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Upload Social media content
Product Management: Managing product listings, descriptions, and pricing and update the online product catalog.
Inventory Stock Maintain: Maintain and update inventory for all Ready To Ship products.
To maintain Order Management
- Ensuring all orders are managed end-to-end and tracked on excel sheet
- Verifying that orders from the ecommerce platform and other sales channels are accurate and complete before starting the fulfillment process.
- Connect with online customers through IM (Chat) to fulfil orders.
- Attend call queries by customers, take notes and forward to concerned delivery department.
Customer Support: Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
Reporting: Preparing reports on key e-commerce metrics and performance.
